Villa Update

Mead have completed the Villa structure, and are working on the internal finishes, aiming to complete by the 6th of May 2024.

Penthouse Update

The Thurlby Roof has been removed, and is ready for the steel installation scheduled for end April. Pembroke roof is currently being stripped, with Courtney to follow thereafter. Courtney drain-down works will take place at the end of April. The parking spaces in front of the Villa will be retuned, and available at the end of April.

Communal Works

The communal works have been rescheduled to commence in April 2024 and complete in September 2024. The existing lift will be decomissioned from June 2024 to August 2024, with remaining refurbishment works to proceed following the lift installation including communal flooring, wall repainting, new communal doors and new electrical lighting.

Programme:

Mead are currently 3 months behind programme, meaning the Main Works are due to complete in October 2024. The below dates are indicative and may be subject to movement.

  • Villa Completion: May 2024

  • Lift Downtime: June 2024 - end August 2024

  • Communal Redecoration: April 2024- September 2024

  • Penthouse Completion: October 2024
