04/07 July Update

External works

• Mead are in the process of installing the ductwork for the supply of the Electric Vehicle Charging Points. The connection will only be made towards the end of the year, after which, the points will be available for use (estimated date is November 2024).

• The new parking spaces will be tarmacked between 9th and 12th of July 2024.

• The vehicle gate and floodlights near Thurlby are being repaired this week (05/07/24)

Villa Update

Mead have completed the Villa, and have handed the unit over to Fruition Properties.

Penthouse Update

Mead have commenced stripping the roof of Courtney House, and will continue into next week. Brick and blockwork will commence next week, so those residing in Courtney may experience noisy periods of work (mid July). The first steel delivery is scheduled between 10th and 12th of July for Pembroke Hall only. A mobile crane will be required at the front of the block to enable the delivery up to roof level. Mead will corner off the area affected and ensure pedestrian routes are protected at all times.

Communal

Mead will commence electrical rewiring works to the communal areas in Pembroke, from 8th of July 2024. Thereafter, they will proceed to Thurlby, and end in Courtney House.

Programme:

Mead are currently behind programme, meaning the Main Works will only be competed in March 2024. The below dates are indicative and may be subject to movement.

• Villa Completion: May 2024

• Lift Downtime: End Aug 2024- Early December 2024

• Decoration: November 2024- Jan 2025

• Penthouse Completion: March 2025
