Q: What communal works are taking place?

A: Replacement of intercoms, new emergency lighting, new communal fire doors, refurbishment of apartment front doors, new communal flooring, new wall paint, and upliftment of the entrance lobbies.

Q: How long is the construction programme?

A: Just over a year.

Q: Who do I contact if there is an issue in the parking lot?

A: Mead will be based on site so they will always be available to assist. Raj will also be on site and available to assist when required.

Q: How long will the lift be out of operation for?

A: We are trying to reduce downtime and minimize disruption as best possible. The initial estimate is that the lifts will be “out of order” for 3.5 months.

Q: When will the new parking layout be built?

A: The initial works will commence during Phase 1, whereby 2 spaces will be created at the front of each block. The remaining spaces (in front of Thurlby) will be created at the end of the project.
