The Villa works have progressed, with the drainage set out. The trenches have been dug out, the shuttering for the foundations are installed and the grid lines have been set up by the engineer. The concrete pour can therefore take place within the next weeks.

The parking area in front of the Villa will remain cornered off for another few weeks, until such a time as the drainage is fully complete.

Please see below key target dates:

• Villa Completion: March 2024

• Install Penthouse scaffold towers: September and October 2023

• Lift Downtime: Between December 2023- April 2024

• Communal Redecoration: February 2024- April 2023

• Penthouse Completion: August 2024
