The upcoming month of works will require the front of the Villa to be blocked off, preventing cars from driving around the south side of the turning circle. All parking bays within that area will be suspended for the month of August. Please refer to the markup provided below for clarity.

Mead are largely on track against their contract programme, with the Villa Demolition fully complete. The strip foundations for the Villa are being installed in sections, with a significant portion already done. The Villa below ground drainage is 90% complete. With regards to the new penthouses, the enabling works are underway, with the new external trench works 30% complete. The next 4 weeks will largely entail pouring of the Villa ground floor slab, and continuation of the external new trench.
