Villa Update

Mead have completed the brick and blockwork for the Villa as well as the roof structure. The clay roof tiles and windows will be installed at the end of January, enabling the Villa to be weather tight.

Penthouse Update

The roof area in all 3 blocks is being cleared, to enable the removal at the beginning of February 2024. Due to the large deliveries scheduled for the month of February, additional parking spaces will be suspended. To mitigate the impact on residents, an additional 4 parking spaces will be created for temporary use.

Working Hours

Construction works are limited to the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. It is important to note that the construction hours permitted for the development of these works, differ to the construction hour limitation imposed by the Property Managers.

Mead will aim to avoid working on Saturdays where possible, but for a live update on whether works are scheduled for a particular Saturday, please refer to the website link provided above.

Communal Works

The communal works have been rescheduled to commence in April 2024 and complete in July 2024. The existing lift will be decomissioned from April 2024. Thereafter, the communal refurbishment works can commence including the replacement of the communal flooring, wall repainting, new communal doors and new electrical lighting.

Programme:

Mead are currently 2 months behind programme, meaning the Main Works are due to complete in September 2024. The below dates are indicative and may be subject to movement.

  • Villa Completion: April 2024

  • Lift Downtime: April 2024 - July/Aug 2024

  • Communal Redecoration: April 2024- July 2024

  • Penthouse Completion: September 2024
