Letter to residents from Mead Building Contractors regarding the construction works at Mulberry Close. To read please click here.

The Scaffold installation required to construct the new top floor apartments, commenced on 9th of October 2023, starting with Thurlby Croft and continuing through to Pembroke Hall and finally Courtney House. The installation period is approx.6 weeks. During this time, please avoid parking in the disabled parking bays in front of each block. A markup will be provided next week to demarcate the parking bays suspended during this next phase.

Please see below key target dates:

• Villa Completion: March 2024

• Install Penthouse scaffold towers: October 2023

• Lift Downtime: Between December 2023- April 2024

• Communal Redecoration: February 2024- April 2023

• Penthouse Completion: August 2024
