28/02 February Update

Dear Resident,

Following the appointment of Regiis Holdings Limited, we are pleased to see the temporary roofs have progressed, with Pembroke Hall fully complete, Courtney House almost complete, and Thurlby completing before the end of March 2025.

The top priority remains resolving the hot water and pressure issues, and repairing the damage caused by water ingress.

Regiis have issued their construction programme, which shows works finishing in February 2026. We appreciate that this is later than anticipated. For additional information please see link to letter which will be emailed by your Property Manager, Arrow, next week.

We will endeavour to provide regular updates as the situation progresses.
