11/10 October Update

Dear Resident,

The Contractor will be requiring a crane on Tuesday 15th of October, and will therefore need to suspend 12 parking spaces between 7am and 3pm. Please see attached markup on the parking bays affected.

Since issuing the communal works update on the 20th of September, Mead have been delayed by a few weeks, in order to focus their attention on the rooftops, to ensure all 3 blocks are watertight as soon as possible.

The latest dates for the communal works are as follows:

Construction of new ceiling: Mid Oct- End Oct 2024

Refurbishment of Apartment Front Doors- Partially completed (aesthetic repairs remaining).

Communal Fire Doors- December 2024

Floor Finishes- January 2025

New Lift- December 2024- March 2025 (3.5-4 month total downtime).
