About the Project
Mead Building Contractors Ltd have been appointed to undertake the construction of six new penthouse apartments above Courtney, Thurlby and Pembroke blocks and one three bedroom villa, replacing the existing caretaker lodge.
These works will also include redecoration of the communal areas, upgrades to the fire safety of the buildings and new lifts to each block. Construction will commence at the end of June 2023 and will complete in late summer 2024.

About the Developer
The Developer is Mulberry Close Airspace Limited and has appointed Fruition Properties as their Development Manager.
