About the Project
The project, which is to deliver six new penthouse apartments, and replace the existing caretaker lodge, originally commenced in July 2023 with Mead Building Contractors Ltd as the appointed main contractor. In December 2024, Mead went into Liquidation, and works on site were suspended. Regiis Holdings Limited were appointed as the new Main Contractor and commenced works in January 2025. The trending completion date is summer 2026.
The works will also include redecoration of the communal areas, upgrades to the fire safety of the buildings and new lifts to each block.

About the Developer
The Developer is Mulberry Close Airspace Limited and has appointed Fruition Properties as their Development Manager.
Fruition Properties is an experienced Development Manager now in its 20th year, with an extensive portfolio of schemes, both ground up and airspace across London.
